I invest in fix and flips spanning from easy renovations all the way to full rehabs. I manage my own rentals and pride myself in producing quality housing and being a quick responsive property manager. I love to decorate, design, and create and offer complimentary home staging with my listings. I collaborate with other realtors and investors for design consultations and home staging. I help people buy and sell homes and provide clients with a list of reliable contractors to get their flip or home market ready.
